 A 15-minute phone consultation is available if you’d like to discuss what’s bringing you to therapy and see if working together feels like a good fit. This is an opportunity to ask questions, talk about your needs and goals, and decide on next steps.

 The first 1–2 sessions are used for the intake process. During this time we discuss what is bringing you to therapy, review relevant personal and mental health history, and identify goals for treatment.

Provides a private, supportive space to explore thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we work on understanding challenges, developing coping strategies, and setting goals to improve mental health and overall well-being.

Extended sessions are available for clients who would benefit from more time for focused, in-depth therapeutic work, such as trauma processing or exploration of complex concerns.

Extended sessions are private pay only and are not billed to insurance.
