As Arizona’s only teen-to-teen crisis hotline, Teen Lifeline has been a crucial connection to hope for struggling teens for 40 years.

Paired with youth development, suicide prevention education, Caring Contacts, and School ID Initiative programs, we’re making a world where all youth possess a sense of connectedness and hope for their future.

 The Be Connected program provides support to Arizona’s service members (Active Duty, Guard & Reserve), veterans and their family members, caregivers, and community members through the statewide support line, 866-4AZ-VETS. 

All calls are confidential and resource navigation services are provided at no cost.

Koko is a non-profit service offering self-guided, short mini-courses to help you manage your wellbeing. You can also exchange kind words of support with others anonymously—globally and 24/7.

"We host online meetings where all the people have gone through, or are going through, similar emotional misery. During these meetings, we share our personal stories of challenges and progress toward building meaningful lives. We learn and practice mental health skills together. Participation is always voluntary. You can share or just listen, no pressure."
